Mondays at Holland Brook School Cafeteria
(makeup sessions are not guaranteed)
Time: 7-8 pm
Instructor: Ryan and Kristianna
This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility.
No prior yoga experience is required. Bring a yoga mat and water.

Pickleball Classes on our new courts at Summer Road Park!
Beginner Class for Ages 9-14
Mondays 4/17-6/5 (no class 5/29)
4:30-5:20 pm
Players will learn pickleball fundamental techniques in ground-strokes, serving, and volleying, as well as scoring, tactics, and game rules. This all takes place through a series of fun pickleball challenges, structured activities, and each session finishes with 30 minutes of match play.
Pickleball is a paddle sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis. It is played on a badminton-sized court with a perforated plastic ball, similar to a wiffle ball, and wood or composite paddles. It is easy for beginners to learn, and can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players.
Class will be divided between instruction and play.
Players bring their own rackets – all other equipment is provided by US Sports Institute.
