Join instructor Heather Spencer for a FREE TRIAL CLASS of our popular Zumba Toning Class!
Thursday March 16th from 6:30-7:30 pm
Location: Holland Brook School Gym
This is a free class but pre-registration is required!
Zumba Toning combines body sculpting exercises and dance cardio movements to create a calorie torching, full body workout. The use of light weights gives this class the added element of toning the upper body while also concentrating on the lower body as well as the abdominal muscles. This class is perfect for any fitness level, beginner and up! Instructor, Heather Spencer offers an engaging and fun class experience with easy to follow choreography to all your favorite Latin music.

Come try out Girls Lacrosse at the indoor practices in March.
Practices are at Branchburg Sports Arena.
First three practices are open to new players for the 5/6 and 7/8 teams.
There are no more spots on the 3/4 team for this Spring.
Grades 5/6 can attend:
Sat Mar 11 11:00am – 12:00pm Field 2A
Mon Mar 13 6:30pm – 7:30pm Field 2B
Wed Mar 15 7:30pm – 8:30pm Field 2B
Grades 7/8 can attend:
Sat Mar 11 11:00am – 12:00pm Field 2B
Mon Mar 13 5:30pm – 6:30pm Field 2B
Wed Mar 15 6:30pm – 7:30pm Field 2B
There is no cost to attend these trial practices.
If you have a girls lacrosse stick please bring it. There will be some available to use.

Beginner Class for Adults (18+)
Mondays 4/17-6/5 (no class 5/29)
5:30-6:20 pm
Players will learn pickleball fundamental techniques in ground-strokes, serving, and volleying, as well as scoring, tactics, and game rules. This all takes place through a series of fun pickleball challenges, structured activities, and each session finishes with 30 minutes of match play.
Pickleball is a paddle sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis. It is played on a badminton-sized court with a perforated plastic ball, similar to a wiffle ball, and wood or composite paddles. It is easy for beginners to learn, and can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players.
Class will be divided between instruction and play.
Players bring their own rackets – all other equipment is provided by US Sports Institute.

Young adults ages 16+ are welcome to attend with a parent/guardian. Each participant must be registered individually.
