Isshinryu Karate, Beginners & Families (Ages 10+), Fall 2021-Spring 2022

Class runs from September through June for $20 per person

Time: 6:30-7:30 pm

Classes will begin outside at Holland Brook School in the parking lot and will move indoors if space becomes available.

Beginners and Family groups ages 10+ are welcome

While building a better attitude towards yourself and others you automatically build self confidence and enhance your self esteem. Our instructors teach respect, self discipline and honor.

Improve basketball skills in a low pressure, fun environment. The main focus will be to develop a well rounded understanding of the game through exciting games and drills.  Professional coaches will teach the basic techniques of dribbling, passing, shooting and defense through a series of inclusive group activities.  Each week the participants will play a small sided scrimmage.

Following the guidelines set out by the USTA children develop their tennis skills in a fun environment. The program offers a variety of games and activities to promote maximum learning and enjoyment.

Rackets provided for tennis squirts.

ADULT Tennis Levels 1/2 Tuesdays Fall 2021

This class will combine advanced beginner/intermediate level players.

There will be 16 spots and 2 coaches.

At the first class the coaches will evaluate players and make groups according to ability.

You must sign up with US Sports for class alerts so you know if a class is canceled due to weather or any other issue.

Track & Field Ages 7,8,9 Fall 2021

Instructor: US Sports

Players will learn fundamental skills in running, jumping and throwing, and will be encouraged to develop their key motor skills, including balance, muscle control, and kinetic development. This all takes place through a series of track & field challenges and events, including sprinting, distance running, relays, long jump, javelin, and more!
