The use of light weights gives this class the added element of toning the upper body while also concentrating on the lower body as well as the abdominal muscles. This class is perfect for any fitness level, beginner and up! Instructor, Heather Spencer offers an engaging and fun class experience with easy to follow choreography to all your favorite Latin music.

Location: Whitehouse School
Cost: $164
Instructor: US Sports
Required: athletic sneakers or cleats and shin guards.
Continued sports skill development in a fun environment progressing on from Squirts.
Parents: will be available for bathroom breaks, non-participation, or behavioral issues.
Coach: delivers instructions directly to children and controls their overall participation.
