Readington residents who are in 8th, 9th and 10th grades are invited to a Game Night, an initiative of the Readington Recreation Department and local Girl Scouts from Troops 80266 and 81052.
Friday February 7th 2025
Games will include board games and card games, and snacks will be provided.
Games will take place in the Whitehouse School Cafeteria.
Drop-off is at 6:30 PM, and pickup is promptly at 8:45 PM.
Parents must sign out their child upon pickup.

FREE Lacrosse Winter Training for Girls Grades 5,6
Players will work on conditioning and agility for the upcoming travel season
Open to current players and new players interested in team play in the Spring
Dates: Tuesdays 1/14 and 1/21
Time: 7:15-8:30 pm

This studio course is for students with previous experience that are ready to progress towards the next level which is to consider an exhibition quality body of work. Unlike basic classes which rely on assignments furnished by the instructor, students in this class will be encouraged by the instructor to generate ideas and create individual projects of their own design. In a supportive environment complemented by demonstrations, individual and group critiques and relevant slide lectures students will be motivated to focus on developing their own personal style and two dimensional voice. Students should bring their favorite materials and their ideas to the first class. An additional models fee may be required for students with an interest in the human figure.

Join professional illustrator and art teacher Lena Shiffman for a fun and relaxed art class. Work from still life set ups by the teacher or use your own photographs. If the weather permits you can set up outside and paint “plein air”. Work with your favorite medium or pick a new one to learn such as charcoal, pastels, oil, acrylic or watercolor. If you are new to art, drawing is always a great place to begin. You can work on one painting all semester or start a new one every week – the choice is yours. All abilities welcome!

Come and discover what it’s like to be a real scientist and work in a Mad Science Lab. Each day we will experiment with different chemicals and tools to see what kind of interesting and crazy reactions we can create! Students will explore acids and bases, reveal the secret recipe of slime, and examine crystallization. By the end of the week, the Jr. Mad Scientists will have their very own chemistry set so they can perform their own experiments at home!

Firefly After School Tennis at Three Bridges School

Open to grades K-3 at TBS
This is the registration for Session 2: January 9th – February 27th
Deadline to register is January 3rd.
Class is 3:30-4:30 pm
Cost is $186 for 8 weeks
Students stay at school to participate in tennis and parents pick up at 4:30pm. If your child attends after care at TBS the instructor will walk the child to after care at the conclusion of tennis.
Ten and under tennis right at school! Smaller courts, lighter and lower bouncing balls and smaller and lighter rackets make it easy and fun for our little players to hit and play right from the start.
Bring your own racket or use and share one that is provided for the class time.
