Firefly After School Tennis at Holland Brook School on TUESDAYS
Open to grades 4-5
This is the registration for Session 1: October 19 – December 14 2021
Class is 2:45-3:45 pm
Cost is $176 for 8 weeks
Students stay at school to participate in tennis and parents pick up at 3:45 pm. If your child attends after care at HBS the instructor will walk the child to after care at the conclusion of tennis.
Register now for any or all of the three available sessions of Firefly Tennis for the school year.
Ten and under tennis right at school! Smaller courts, lighter and lower bouncing balls and smaller and lighter rackets make it easy and fun for our little players to hit and play right from the start.
Bring your own racket or use one that is provided for the class time.
MASK POLICY: Players do not need to wear masks while actively playing. Players will wear masks on the sidelines and when entering and leaving the gym.

Class description:
Gaming will never be the same again! In our 2D & 3D Game Design class, you’ll use the Unity platform and a VR headset to fuse your imagination with reality and create Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality games with your code. You will also learn to add creative special filters to your camera feed and how to use hand gestures to interact with the elements of your virtual game.

Class description:
In the Minecraft World Builder course you will learn how to run a city, manage money, protect the environment, all within the 3D world of Minecraft! This course is not coding based but a platform for you to learn about real world economics, city planning and life management! In Minecraft World Builder, you will be a part of a committee and learn to manage money by building onto your ever growing city with your peers!

Anyone can build a game in Roblox! Roblox studio has all the tools to make your wildest gaming imaginations a reality. You tell us what game you want to make and we’ll teach you the fundamentals and coach you through bringing that game to life! Whether you’re new to coding or have some experience, you will be challenged and have fun! Through drag and drop techniques or pure scripting you will create extensions to the Roblox game while fostering your creativity.

Virtual Cooking Class for Grades K-2
Saturdays October 9th – November 20th
(6 weeks, no class 11/6)
Time: 11:00 am- 12:30 pm
Cost: $120
Jr. Chefs will prepare wholesome and delicious snacks! Recipes include wheat cookie cereal balls, ice cube tray pizza bites, homemade tortilla chips and salsa, coconut macaroons and more! Techniques include measuring, mixing and following a recipe.
A Junior Chef Box will be mailed to your home including 6 step by step laminated recipe cards, 2 science experiments, food fun facts, apron, and one baking utensil and more!
Jr. Chef will email you the class link and a shopping list for ingredients.
