Nature at Heart School’s outdoor classes offer an opportunity to collaborate, wonder and explore in and with nature. During these 75 minute classes, children ages 5-8 years old, will use their senses to actively learn about the local environment through guided and self-directed experiences. Children will be provided with materials such as magnifying glasses and nature journals to help facilitate deep nature connections. Classes will be led by Ruth Denys who has 20 years of teaching experience plus certifications in nature-based learning. We will be following the CDC recommendations for COVID protocol. This is a drop off program.
