Open to girls and boys in 1st and 2nd Grades
This is a coed league with professional trainers from US Sports
Volunteer coaches are also needed to assist the trainers
Season is January 10th-February 21st 2026 (there IS a session on President’s Weekend 2/14)
Players will participate in a training clinic followed by a game
Times: Saturdays 9:00-10:15 am
Location: Holland Brook School
Season ends with March Madness event on February 21st
Early Bird Price: $170 through October 14th
Price: $180 from October 15th – November 7th
Late Price: $190 through November 7th – November 15th

Basketball Squirts for Ages 3-5

Basketball Squirts is the perfect class for introducing a child to basketball. Our professional coaches ensure that children are engaged in fun, inclusive activities, in a positive learning environment.
Using proportionately sized basketballs, this class encourages players to develop motor skills and basic basketball techniques in passing, dribbling, and shooting. Players will be taught through a series of fun challenges, structured activities and scrimmages adapted to ensure everyone achieves success.

Basketball classes introduce beginners and those with some experience to the fundamentals of basketball. Our professional basketball coaches will ensure that children are engaged in fun, inclusive activities, in a positive learning environment.
Players will learn basketball fundamental techniques in passing, dribbling, and shooting as well as tactics and game rules. This all takes place through a series of fun basketball challenges, structured activities, and scrimmages.
This is a class, not a team. There are no parent coaches and no uniforms. Rec Basketball begins in 1st Grade.

Jump, Cheer & Perform with Cheer Dance!
This high-energy program introduces children ages 5.5-7 to the fundamentals of cheerleading and dance. Led by experienced instructors, participants will learn essential cheer motions, beginner jumps, and fun dance routines while building confidence, coordination, and teamwork.
Each session includes age-appropriate movement drills, interactive cheer chants, and engaging music to keep kids active and motivated. Participants will work towards an exciting final routine with formations, cheers, and pom-pom performances!
Program Highlights:
Cheer & Dance Fundamentals – Learn proper motions, jumps & sequences!
Fun Chants & Cheers – Engage in interactive call-and-response cheers!
Pom-Pom Action – Shake, twirl, and perform with energy!
Group Formations – Experience teamwork and spatial awareness!
Final Performance – Celebrate skills with a fun showcase!
Uniform Requirement: A program shirt is included with registration and will be provided at the first class. To create the team atmosphere, participants should wear black sports bottoms (shorts, leggings, skorts, etc.) to each session. Please wear athletic sneakers to class.
