The curriculum of this class is devised to offer students with some previous experience a structured environment in which to create. Students work from a variety of studio assignments which can include independent projects of their own design and landscape painting from the scenic farm location. Each student will be encouraged to explore academic as well as more expressionistic and abstract options via group and individual critiques.
Open to pastel, oil, watercolor and acrylic painters with some experience. Beginners accepted with instructor’s permission.

Cost: $134
Join professional illustrator and art teacher Lena Shiffman for a fun and relaxed art class. Work from still life set ups by the teacher or use your own photographs. If the weather permits you can set up outside and paint “plein air”. Work with your favorite medium or pick a new one to learn such as charcoal, pastels, oil, acrylic or watercolor. If you are new to art, drawing is always a great place to begin. You can work on one painting all semester or start a new one every week – the choice is yours. All abilities welcome!

This link is to play on a combined 3,4,5 GIRLS team comprised of Readington girls playing in the Flemington league with Readington coaches.
Practices will be Thursdays from 6:15-7:45 pm at Holland Brook School beginning November 11th and games will be played in Flemington at JP Case on Saturdays beginning in December.
Fee is $160
Flemington league games begin in December with practices beginning in November.
Games end at the end of February.

This is a program, not a rec league.
There will be professional trainers teaching basketball skills followed by a scrimmage game.
Open to girls in grades 2-4
Saturdays January 8 – February 26
Time: this program will be from 11:45 am – 1:00 pm on Saturdays.
Location: Holland Brook School Gym
The parent-led weekday practice will be Mondays at Whitehouse School from 6:15-7:30 pm. This is optional attendance.
Price: $155 through November 8th includes team jersey.

Regular season begins January 8th. Pre-Season practices once a week beginning December 6th.
Players will practice with their teams once per week during the season. Day and time determined by coach and gym availability.
Time: Saturdays 10:30-11:45 am.
Location: Readington Middle School Front and Back Gyms.
Season ends with March Madness event on February 26th.
Price: $155 through November 8th includes team jersey.

INDOORS at Whitehouse School
This Basketball class introduces beginners and those with some experience to the fundamentals of basketball. Our professional basketball coaches will ensure that children are engaged in fun, inclusive activities, in a positive learning environment.
Players will learn basketball fundamental techniques in passing, dribbling, and shooting as well as tactics and game rules. This all takes place through a series of fun basketball challenges, structured activities, and scrimmages.
This is a class, not a team.
MASK POLICY: Everyone must have a mask on at all times in the school building. Players do NOT need to wear a mask when they are actively playing.
