Art Adventures Plus Class with Instructor Tony Robinson
Ages 9+
Saturdays October 1 – November 5
10:00-11:15 am
Location: Dobozynski Cottage
Cost: $125 includes materials
Students will learn or improve their skills in this fun class session focusing on the basic principles of the art of drawing and painting.
Work on fun and informative projects designed to sharpen artistic skills in the areas of drawing, color theory, and composition.
This class includes learning to draw your favorite cartoon characters from sketch to finished art. Students can also develop their own characters.

Over 30 Men’s Basketball League at Readington Middle School
Times: 6:00-9:00 pm
Open gyms are Monday 9/26 and Thursdays 9/8, 9/15, 9/22 at Readington Middle School
Basketball on 9/29 will be outdoors at Pickell Park
League play begins Monday October 3rd and goes through Spring 2023.
Fee is $50 not including uniform
Teams will be drafted after Open Gyms conclude.

Open to players ages 9-14 at the beginner level of play.
Saturdays 10/1-11/5 from 3:30-4:20 pm
Cost: $145 (6 weeks)
Players will learn pickleball fundamental techniques in ground-strokes, serving, and volleying, as well as scoring, tactics, and game rules. This all takes place through a series of fun pickleball challenges, structured activities, and each session finishes with 30 minutes of match play.
Pickleball is a paddle sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis. It is played on a badminton-sized court with a perforated plastic ball, similar to a wiffle ball, and wood or composite paddles. It is easy for beginners to learn, and can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players.
Players bring their own rackets – all other equipment is provided by US Sports Institute.

Adult Indoor Soccer (AIS) is non competitive coed soccer for players 18 and over. High School players permitted if accompanied by a participating parent.
The season runs from September through June every Wednesday evening from 7:00-9:30 pm in the Holland Brook School gym.
Typically 2-3 teams are picked every week and play 4v4 or 5v5, no goalkeeper. Games are 10 minutes long and teams are rotated evenly so everyone gets equal playing time.
There is a weekly online sign up in order to play that Wednesday. Max players per week is 21.

Fridays November 4 – December 16 (no class 11/25)

Instructor is Charles Viera.
The curriculum of this class is devised to offer students with some previous experience a structured environment in which to create. Students work from a variety of studio assignments which can include independent projects of their own design and landscape painting from the scenic farm location. Each student will be encouraged to explore academic as well as more expressionistic and abstract options via group and individual critiques.
Open to pastel, oil, watercolor and acrylic painters with some experience.
