Time: 7-8 pm

Instructors Kristiana Moneterosso and Beth Maxwell will alternate classes.

This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility.

No prior yoga experience is required. Bring a yoga mat and water.

If there is space left in the program after this offer each session will open as a 10 week session for $90.
