Cost: $90

Players will begin to learn the fundamentals of girls lacrosse. Skills include throwing, catching, cradling, ground ball pick-ups, dodging, shooting and 1v1 defense.

Equipment needed: Girls Lacrosse stick, cleats or athletic sneakers, goggles and mouth guard.

A limited number of sticks are available for use and will be issued for the season on a first come first served basis.
