Looking for a way to get your body moving and shake some of that cabin fever?
Join Carl Blanchard, first degree black belt from the studio of Isshinryu master Tom Lloyd, for a fun and satisfying half hour of karate-based exercise.
Regardless of age, experience or fitness level, Carl will help you get your blood moving, increase your strength, help you become more flexible, and learn some karate basics.
Make sure you have a clear and safe 10 foot square area to exercise in and wear comfortable clothing. Bring a bottle of water and a towel and get ready to kick it.
Appropriate for ages 9+ if unchaperoned but family groups are welcome and encouraged!
